When I stepped into my first CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) role, I wasn’t prepared.

That was a different game.

I was drowning in spreadsheets, patchwork templates, inconsistent formatting, and notes that only I understood.
I didn’t need more frameworks.

So I’m building it now.
